I am not going to say much other than this is the only place that you will find the top 250 rated 16U AAU basketball teams posted anywhere in the USA or around the world.  I will post all the teams I have rated later but here's the top 250, rated by a Sagarin type algorithm,  not some editorial wild ass guess as to the top teams in the country.
